Discover the “unknown realm” of Khao Lak with us!
After your hotel pickup, we’ll drive to Thaimuang National Park. There, a short jungle walk leads us to the large tropical pool of Tong Prai waterfall - the perfect surrounding for a swim and some relaxation. After this refreshing event, we will drive to the village of Ban Lamru, passing several local farms and plantations on our way before arriving at our bamboo rafting station.
From here you will float along the river on a traditional bamboo raft for 45 minutes, enjoying the wonders of nature. A short drive brings us to the scenic View Point Restaurant, where a delicious Thai lunch will be served. Then we visit Asia Safari Park where you will get a lot of information about elephants in general before we depart on an exiting elephant trek along small trails up to the mountain top, enjoying the breathtaking panorama view over the bay of Khao Lak.
The ride leads through the vast natural abundance of Khao Lak’s tropical jungle dominated by giant trees, dense bamboo vegetation and along rubber plantations. Back at the station, you may feed your elephant and get refreshments & fruits. After visiting our Orchid Garden & Mini Zoo featuring crocodiles, gibbons, water buffalos and other tropical animals we will bring you back to your hotel.
