Krabi Discovery
Starting from Khao Lak, a scenic drive leads us through the picturesque lime stone formations of Phang Nga Province.
At Tam Klang (tam: cave), we will explore an amazing lime stone cave featuring an abundance of stalactites & stalagmites. Then we drive to Krabi Town for a visit to Wat Tam Sua (wat: cave), the “Tiger Cave Temple”. Walking through a tropical rain forest valley, you will experience unforgettable wonders of nature such as trees which are more than a 1000 years old! Buddhist monks live here dedicating their life to prayer and meditation.
At Ao Nang Beach, we'll enjoy a typical Thai lunch at a restaurant near the sea, offering a stunning view over Ao Nang bay. After a photo stop at Hat Nopparat Thara National Park, we visit “Ao Luk”, a small village near Krabi. Here, we will ride on a traditional “Longtail” boat through mangroves to see a grotto and cave featuring 3000 years old paintings, before departing to Khao Lak and bringing you back to your hotel. A memorable and adventurous day that you simply can't miss!
